About Us

ncsa-full-logoThe Northern College Student Association (NCSA) is a student driven organization that seeks to meet the need of each and every student on our campus. Through various events and social activities, we manage to bring everyone together and tend to the individual needs of our students though factors such as and age, program of study may make this challenging.

The Northern College Student Association is a not-for-profit organization and, as such, reports to its members. As an activity fee-paying student, you are a member of this association. This means that you have the right to vote in the election that elects the governing body – the Executive Board. You also have the right to run for any of the positions on this board.

NCSA operates under the Motto: “working together, sharing together, succeeding together” to help fulfill our Vision which is to “enhance student life and amplify the college experience.”

The NCSA runs under the leadership and teamwork of a President, a Vice-President, a Communications Director, a Sports & Athletics Director, an Events Director, a Clubs and Associations Director and a Financial Director. Though each role is specifically defined, we very often work together in many ways crossing paths, in order to bring forth one great effort. These directors make all the key decisions that affect you. They govern the operations of the association. Furthermore, they are the best voice you have to reach the higher echelons of the College Administration. They represent you and it is essential that you become involved in your Student Association because without you there is no Student Association.

We look forward to providing a variety of services and activities to you throughout your educational experience here at Northern College, we endeavor to help you succeed academically, and with your help and participation, tend to the social aspect of your college life.
