Keep that drum roll going people! Since it’s less than two months until we are all back in the books in the great company of friends old and new, I thought it would be an excellent time to unveil the super secret theme for FROSH WEEK! Up until now all the details have been locked up and no one was able to secure information about it without a retinal scan to confirm their identity and a polygraph to assure their intentions with the information. It’s gonna be a good time. Just don’t get voted off the island….

Its a little known secret (unless you go through my laundry) that I don’t own any Northern College apparel, but now it looks like all the swag I kept passing up on is going to be super-collectible retro clothing! Just like bell-bottoms piano neck-ties! Northern College unveiled the new and improved college logo earlier this month, affirming your need to buy new updated college paraphernalia once school starts again. *Personally* I find it to be a very delicious looking logo since it looks like its made out of neapolitan ice-cream and all the letters out of chocolate… just when I thought college couldn’t get any sweeter…

…and I certainly hope you are loving it too! Exams are a long passed thought and there is still almost three months until school… wait did I just say three months till school? THAT IS NOT ENOUGH TIME! PAAANNIC!! PPPAAAANNNIICCCC! I’m stoked and you all should be stoked too because NCSA has been hard at work planning 2010/2011 starting with Frosh Week! Let me tell you that Frosh will be worth the price of tuition on its own! …and if it’s not well than you still get that fancy shmancy course load as a bonus! We are currently looking for students to volunteer to be Frosh leaders and help out with the fun-stevities (thats fun+festivities all rolled into one!) let us know by emailing NCSAHBPREZ@northern.on.ca. You may now return to summer loving.

I can’t believe it either! One day of exams left and then totally oppressed by slaving at summer jobs freedom for summer!

After last exam tomorrow, the Haileybury NCSA will be hosting our annual general meeting in room 209 at 1:30pm. All students are invited to attend! Hope to see you there!
